As part of the all inclusive package we can take care of your complete media requirements, from the recording and editing of interviews to a full awards package including initial filming services, creation of animated material and full on-site filming with post edit and distribution of DVD’s…Video filming and editing
Are Services runs a small TV studio (also used for Video Conferencing) equipped for basic video recording onto DV or mini-DV tape. This can then be edited on PC using a range of video editing software including “Adobe Premier Pro” and associated software. Captions and voice-overs etc can be added and the edit written to DVD disk. The filmed material can also be processed by our staff for web streaming etc.
A range of microphones are possible including tie microphones for interview situations. Suitable studio lighting is also supplied.
Location filming
Audio Visual Services also has location equipment including portable DV and mini-DV digital camcorders, audio mixer, microphones etc.
Charges
Costs are based on unit cost of each item of equipment plus a £25-00 charge per hour for technician time. All charges for items of equipment can be found on our equipment hire price list
Wedding Video.
The £599.00 starting package would be single camera coverage of the service and speeches
Filming would commence an hour before the service:
• Interior and exterior shots of church / place of ceremony
• Groom, Best man and Ushers arrival.
• Guests’ arrival.
• Bridesmaids and mother of the bride arrival to the place of ceremony.
• Bride and father / Guardian arrival to place of ceremony.
• Concurrent shots inside the place of ceremony of groom and guests

• Register signing
• Aisle shots of the Bride and Groom after the ceremony
• Post service shots outside the place of ceremony including confetti
• Bridal party photographs
• Bride and Groom embarking from place of ceremony
• Arrival of bride and groom at Wedding Venue
• Interior and exterior shots of Wedding venue
• Further bridal party photographs
• Line up for Wedding Breakfast
• Speeches and cutting of the cake
