An entertaining and versatile professional band, Kio is a favourite for weddings, private parties, bars and clubs. This band featuring some of Liverpool’s finest musicians, grooves with an upbeat mix of Soul, Jazz and funky dance music. Playing material from the 80s, 90s and today, Kikosi lays down a rich texture of music that, combined with Hayli Kincade’s unique voice, deliver an exciting mix of entertainment. Their versatile reperoire includes hits by Aretha Franklin, Duffy, Moloko, Jamiroqui, Sister Sledge, Carleen Anderson and Estelle, to name a few. This listening experience is unforgettable. Kio members have worked with some of the biggest names in the Liverpool music scene. The band met while studying at Liverpool Hope University. After rehearsing together as part of their degree, they realised that something exciting had occurred and decided to form a professional band.
