Anita Ryan is a strong, soulful singer at the age of 16 she got herself her first payed contract as a singer in a 40 piece gospel chior and orchestra. Performing  as a session singer for various north west based studios, before appearing as a support act for edwin starr, this quickly led to fronting various bands and travelling extensively to places such as the middleast. later as her reputation was growing she was asked to appear as quest entertainer on various cruiseliners. ryan’s powerful belt, yet smooth southful voice, finds her more recently performing at high profile corporate events such as millionare balls in places such as st tropez, cannes, amsterdam, and Germany, with influences such as angie stone, al green, gladis knight, aretha franklin, marvin gaye,etta james, dorothy moore and to quote ‘anything i can find from mowtowns funk brothers and produced by quincy Jones.
