His vocal diversity, coupled with his easy going warming personality, allows him to switch seamlessly from the silky-smooth, laid back style required for “Dinner Entertainment” singing such songs as Al Green’s – Lets Stay Together or Billy Paul’s – Me & Mrs Jones, to a more animated and larger than-life persona perfect for “Evening Entertainment”, singing such floor-fillers as Barry White’s – My First, My Last, My Everything or Luther Vandross – Never Too Much.

A great addition to any event or celebration, by adding that touch of class which will have your guests complimenting you for weeks to come.

Singer to play Wayne and Coleen’s wedding
Wayne and Coleen

By Brian Roberts 10/06/2008 Daily Mirror

A humble singer who belts out love songs will kick off the fabulous reception at Wayne Rooney’s £5million wedding.

Wayne Allen has been chosen by the Manchester United star and Coleen McLoughlin to serenade them during their first dance as husband and wife.

The couple – who arrived in Portofino yesterday – will smooch to the mushy classic Always And Forever by Luther Vandross when they take their initial married steps on the dance floor.

Singer Wayne – a former local newspaper Search For A Star winner – is said to be thrilled at the prospect.

He is believed to be performing two 45- minute sets on board the £40millon superyacht Alysia, moored off the Italian Riviera.

His usual routine at pubs, clubs and other venues for “dinner entertainment” includes mid-tempo songs like My Cherie Amour by Stevie Wonder and Me And Mrs Jones by Billy Paul
