Important notes when booking additional charges may be applied.
When booking our Live Streaming & Webcast package, it would be subject to good internet connectivity at the venue so a site visit and any testing will also be required. This cost is for hire of equipment only you will also require 2 x video technician’s 1 x camera operator 1 x audio/ web streaming technician’s for the duration to set up equipment and operate. Also, additional costs to consider is rehearsal time before live event some productions will require a half-day rate also pre-production if required by the client.
